  • Varma

    Varma is one of the largest mutual pension insurance companies in Finland. Varma's core task is to take care of the pension cover of private entrepreneurs and employees. To secure current and future pensions, Varma invests the pension contributions profitably in a range of asset classes. At the end of 2021, the value of their investment portfolio is 59.0 billion euros.

    In recent years, Varma has focused on climate change mitigation and is now committed to making its investment portfolio climate neutral by 2035 – a great example of how an institutional investor can make a difference.

With long-term ownership solutions and substantial capital investment, DevCo collaborates closely with anchor investors including the chair of Kone Antti Herlin and CEO of Supercell Ilkka Paananen to drive sustainable growth and value creation.

  • Evli Growth Partners

    Evli Growth Partners (EGP) is a Helsinki-based venture capital firm that invests in European growth companies, particularly in the Nordics and Baltics. Their typical investment ranges from €5 to €10 million, focusing mainly on companies at the series B stage. Through their investment program of €300 million, EGP looks for companies that have found a product-market fit in their core markets and are ready for scaling.     Castrén & Snellman is Finland's largest law firm in terms of the number of lawyers and one of the leading legal partners in mergers and acquisitions, dispute resolution, and other fields of business law.
